You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. This applies to both subscription plans and one-time digital purchases from the Shop.

2. Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time. You may request a refund of a subscription charge within 14 days of that charge.

3. Digital Products (Shop)

One-time digital purchases — PDF guides, ZIP templates, and bundles — may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Charges are billed by us. A refund is returned to the original payment method; timing depends on your bank.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@makemind.app with your account email and your order or transaction reference, or reply to the receipt you received. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
