The reaction split almost exactly in half. One side said "does that really work?" The other said "we were already doing something like this." At first they looked like opposite reactions, but a few days in, both were pointing the same way. The doubters don't yet believe the claim that the chain isn't a given; the already-doing crowd knew it first, in their hands. Both are shaking the same premise — does an app really have to be installed on the device?
"Where do I start?" was overwhelmingly the most common. When a vision piece makes you stop, the next question is always the same: "so what do I actually do?" A good question. And the answer is always the same too — start by putting up a single screen. The grand design, the perfect structure, comes after. The five-minute success of a first screen pulls the next five hours along. This volume's coding piece opens exactly that five minutes.
The vision deliberately withheld the full answer. Some readers asked for "more detail on the mechanism." That thirst is intentional. The launch piece shows only one scene of "this is possible," and hands off "how" to the coding and proof series. If the vision explained everything, there'd be no reason to wait for the next piece. Make them stop — but don't give it all.

The most-corrected misunderstanding this week — "so do I have to learn yet another framework?" No. The core isn't a new tool; it's a reordering. Where you used to flash the screen into the device as code, you now keep the screen on the server as a definition. What there is to learn isn't a giant new system, but one thing: how to write a definition. That's why an intro piece can start with ten lines.
A short thought
